"Avoid at all costs if you want a professional experience! Not only were our cabinets majorly delayed but once they were finally done, almost every single aspect of them was done wrong. Wrong size, wrong colors, wrong details! And now that we have told them we do not wish to continue, they are refusing to refund us, literally holding our money hostage. They also will not come remove the wrong cabinets they wrongly installed so we are sitting with their stuff in our house trapped waiting on attorneys to handle it. The cabinets also arrived covered in sawdust, scuffed up and just in poor condition. This company took no pride in our project and I hope others dont have to endure the same. I would never use them again as they will take your money and leave you high and dry. AVOID!"

"Paid too dollar for custom cabinets. They were a month late on install, which ruined my entire timeline. Then they forgot to make a number of components. I paid them in full on February 2nd. It is now April 24th, and I still don’t have fridge panels and toe kicks. Also there is damage they didn’t repair. And the sales guy didn’t respond to more than 12 calls and texts over a four week period. So basically, if you want decent work at top dollar, and you want to have to pester them constantly to finish your job four months late, this is your spot!"

"These guys worked on the sample wood until they got the color just right for staining our house cabinets. Their team did a great job on our cabinets and we were very pleased. The quality of their work is high end. They really take pride in their work. Also this family owned business has great customer service."

"I’ll start of by first saying my cabinets look great and I love them. However, the customer service and timeliness of this company getting back to you on things, especially in regards to finishing their work and touch ups is absolutely ridiculous. I had my cabinets installed in June and they still haven’t been back to finish putting all the handles on and it took them months to come back and do touch ups. I expect better and more for 40k"

"We had a very good experience with NW line of style. They did a great job of designing the cabinets. I just showed them pictures from pinterest and they were able to get all the things I wanted into the cabinet designs. Irving was our salesman he was very professional. He came out to our house more then once to talk about things and we live in lacenter and when called with an emergency meeting with the framer he came right out. I would say the cabinets are a very good quality. Vladimir was our installer he very professional and very good at his job. He took time to explain things to us about the process.
