Reviews
"Entangled Escape Rooms offer thrilling experiences, with "The Cell" and "The Cube" standing out for their immersive design and clever puzzles. However, our latest visit to "Who Dunnit" fell short due to an inexperienced host who was inaccurate and broke character, causing confusion among our group. Despite this, the overall creativity and attention to detail make it worth a visit."
"We did The Cell room and had a good time! Our game master, Coco, was super entertaining. We’ve never done an escape room where the game master drops little hints unasked, but Coco was hilarious and it added to the experience. The room was the challenging— lots of locks— but it was the right amount for us as we’ve done dozens of escape rooms. Nice job!"
"The room was good, and we planned to do each of the rooms over a few weeks with our kids. But honestly we won’t be back. When we were in the room the guy had a tenancy to laugh at us when something wasn’t right. They didn’t wait for us to ask for help or guidance they just kept interjecting in everything we were doing and wouldn’t let us work anything out ourselves. But what will keep us from coming back was the incredibly awkward all but demand for a tip. Following us out of the room saying tips are appreciated. We take cash, card. It was suggested on the counter, but it was now basically demanded. We paid $200 for an hour. We have done a couple dozen escape rooms with the kiddos across 4 states. Never once has a tip been requested let alone like this all but demanding it. This was so awkward and uncomfortable, my husband and i both just stood there awkward. We didn’t bring wallets in as we paid before going. When we said we didn’t bring cash in he said it’s ok we take Venmo, whatever is easiest. It is a businesses responsibility to pay their staff fairly, not the customers job to cover their wages on top of the $200 an hour you already paid. This desperate:demand for a tip makes me wonder if the business doesn’t treat/pay employees well…, which also doesn’t make me want to continue to support them. But either way that isn’t on the customer So after a forced tip, someone laughing at us, a good room wasn’t enough to make us do that again at this location. If you chose to, make sure you bring along cash…it’s expected"
"We did Dead Man's Cove and loved it! Try to beat our 45 minute record! We were impressed by the high level of detail and immersion as well as the hands-on, friendly, and in-character host. We'll be back for the upcoming Clue room!"
"We played the pirate room with 16 people (8 on each side) and it was so much fun! Our game master was Toby (Tobi?) and they were super interactive and wonderful!! They were so nice and I would love to go back again. I can’t say enough good things!"
