"My credit card wouldn't work and the cashier was so rude to me. I offered to take things off or void it all together. She was very vocal about how her line was backed up and she can't do that. Embarrassed me to death. To the cashier Sandra.. Ma'am , maybe you shouldn't be in retail. Obviously you have never been in that kind of situation with all eyes on you. Try to be a tad understanding and have a little class about the situation. The only thing else I can say is WOW. Thank you to the gentleman behind me who paid for it for me. You saved me from such a humiliating situation and I'm very grateful I will definitely pay it forward ."

"The cashier who was working tonight, 1/12, was extremely rude. I was looking for a specific item but didn’t find it and grabbed a few random things and went up to pay. One of the things I got was a pair of socks. I had a total of 3 things and the total came up to $5 and some change. I looked down and realized there were 2 pairs of socks. I said “oh I just need one of these, I didn’t realize they were stuck together”. This woman sighed the most annoyed sigh on the planet like it was the biggest hassle in the world to take an item off of my transaction. I was so stunned I stood there with the socks in my hand and apologized and said “you don’t have to sigh at me. I didn’t realize they were stuck together”. She then looked like she didn’t know how to remove an item and I was still so stunned I was holding the socks in my hand and she ripped them out of my hand, screamed “okay” and slammed them down onto the counter. I work in customer service and this is not it. After I paid and scrambled to put my card away and grab my items as quickly as I could to get away from this horrible human being, she started laughing at me. This put me over the edge and I did swear at her, and she thanked me for calling her a name. This woman needs to be retrained or put in a non customer service position. Working in retail, I know that employees are hard to find, but customers are going to be really hard to find with that woman working there."

"About 98% of the shelves looked disheveled, like no one respects any of the products in the store, let alone the employees. Not easy to find what you're looking for. I'm sure I looked a little lost and confused as I walked past employees, no indication I would be offered any assistance.. won't come back to this location on old 99."

"This is the best place to buy drain cleaner, and to buy bleach and dishwashing soap and other cleaning chemicals and cheap candy for the kids and if you want some junk foods, another good place to do it. However, it’s always a huge mess and the checkout process can be a little bit slow at times. Generally the staff is really nice and I always have a good experience here. I can pick up a few things I need, so why not. This is also the absolute best place to buy greeting cards. Do not buy them anywhere else."
