"Attended a party here. Staff was standing around and wasn't helpful or getting the line going to get in. We ended up walking to the front to let them know we were there for a party and got in after 15 minutes of waiting. Would have understood if there was one or two staff at the front. There were 4-5, only one was on the computer while the others were staring into space. Play areas seemed clean and kids were having fun. Parents were able to sit down or go into certain areas to play with their kids. The party room was nice and had plenty of tables. Would recommend more seating for adults. Also there were a few sections (rather large and noticeable) of paint missing on the walls. Kids won't care, but adults/hosts will. Staff was nice to let us out the back with our cart of presents after the party was over."

"This place in alot of fun for cold and rainy days. Priced about 15 per kid. You can also leave and come back for lunch if you want to, which is nice. For security, they have a system in place for making sure the right kids leave with the right adults. I couldn't take more pictures because there were alot of kids, but lots of fun space, and obstacles. There could be more seating for parents, but everyone seemed to manage just fine."

"My daughter had a blast. It was a great place for her to play safely on a day that was too cold for the park. I'm 6'0" so following her inside to play wasn't really an option, but when she had a breakdown I was able to crouch down and crawl in to pick her up and brush her off. The place has plenty of dings and isn't 100% spotless but is remarkably clean for how busy it is with children. Staff vacuumed and wiped down surfaces several times while we were there."
