About Us
Hops n Drops, located at 19702 Highway 99 in Lynnwood, Washington, is a neighborhood gathering place that offers a combination of bar, food, and restaurant services. The institution was founded with the idea of providing a safe and fun space for neighbors to connect and friends to enjoy each other's company. With a design and menu that cater to a relaxed atmosphere, guests can enjoy a variety of offerings including iced cold beer, 100% Angus beef burgers, and hand-shaken, real fruit icy drops.
Established in 2009 by Mark Eggen, Hops n Drops has expanded to three states and employs over 1000 team members. The institution is now led by Mark's son, Kevin Eggen, as CEO and son-in-law, Tommy Tribbett, as CFO. The Eggen family is grateful for the ongoing support of their guests.
Guests can enjoy $4 pints of the featured tap all day, as well as raffles and prizes from 5-8pm. Additionally, Hops n Drops offers delivery services for their full menu, including breakfast on weekends. The institution is known for their hand-formed Angus beef burgers, with a variety of options to choose from, as well as their unique icy drops served in real ice glasses.
The bar at Hops n Drops features iced taps at 34°, pouring 16 local craft beers and their own brews. The staff is knowledgeable about the beer selection and happy to discuss options with guests. Happy hour is offered twice daily, with great prices on craft cocktails, backyard beers, and menu items.
Owned and operated by Rock Solid Restaurants, LLC, Hops n Drops prides itself on serving simple, classic American food with a twist. Every menu item is made in-house with care, ensuring a special dining experience for all guests. "Well the service was great! Our water had a fly in it, the bottle of ketchup the waiter brought had food chunks on it and the windows were covered in greasy fingerprints. With that said, the food we ordered were pretty good. We ordered fried pickles, my wife ordered grilled cheese with tots and I had sriracha wings. Im actually not sure if I’ll be back. I just can’t get past the dirtiness :("
"I popped into Hops N’ Drops for my lunch break because I had a little extra time on my hands today. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the host at the front, sat promptly, and he even brought me a beverage prior to me even getting situated in my seat! My server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He gave me good menu recommendations, and was patient with me when I was taking a minute to figure out what to get besides my usual order. It also helped that no one else was in the restaurant at the time (it was about 11:15am ish), lol! :) I ended up ordering the recommended Triple Threat Chicken Burger for lunch. It came to the table hot, fresh, and the presentation was very well done…chef’s kiss, as they say! The burger was tasty and filling. I am excited to have the second half for dinner tonight! The fries are always my favorite…can’t get enough, even when I know that I should! The only little thing that I would ask for next time is to please bring the check earlier for those of us there on a lunch break. I can appreciate that the server has relationships with other guests and wants to chit chat…that’s all well and good, but I do think I was waiting for my check about 10 minutes longer than I would prefer. Other than that, everything was great!"
