"Chaotic,kids running all over the place,no structure,loud with TV on. Kids don't go outside at all. They didn't put my daughter down for a nap even though it was in the papers. She was miserable of course when we picked her up. Understand the advantage of a drop in but next time we will look somewhere else. -after I read your reply. -> my review has NOTHING to do with the drop off situation. I only mentioned the time they spent in. Yes,I didn't preregister because I didn't know I had to and doing it when we arrived with both my kids pulling my legs was very difficult. No one really helped me there. I think you could have double checked who preregistered and who didn't and give me a call or send a text as a reminder. Can be fully automated. Anyway..it took almost 20mins and they weren't allowed to go in during that time. I understand. But it was hard. She needs to nap otherwise she is a wreck the whole afternoon which she was. Plus the overstimulation,no outdoor time didn't help either. I fully understand this doesn't need to be an issue for everyone and the drop in idea is actually great but the way it is doesn't fit our needs. So ok for one day. Hence 2 stars."

"KidsPark is amazing! Drop in childcare, yes please!! I took my oldest pre-covid white a bit and he had nothing but great things to say. Now that my youngest is 2 1/2 I was able to bring her. She LOVES it! We pull into the parking lot and she gets excited to go in. My oldest is 10 now and he wants to go back one more time for 'old time sake'. The staff is always super friendly and informative. Mary the owner is just an awesome person!"

"My son is autistic and we do not trust him with just anyone. Everyone at KidsPark is so knowledgeable about the best way to handle his meltdowns and help him transition from activity to activity. The fact that they charge only by the hour and it's drop-in? Bonus! If you are worried about the care of your child, stop looking! KidsPark is great! My son never wants to leave!"
