"The first small job they did for us was fine, but then when we hired them to finish they collected half deposit, and did not do the work as promised, kept our deposit money for an unreasonable amount of time, after a month of waiting just for a job date after deposit, we tried to get the owner to call us with a date. We left 3 messages before finally getting a call back over a 8 day period. We were told we were not a "priority job" since we were an individual account and that their work with contractors were more important. We are getting a refund (hopefully) and some of our cabinet doors back that we have been without for some time in their office. Be careful with this vendor! Get their promise in writing and make them stick to it. We lost valuable time on our job because they promise and don't deliver, we tried to be patient and understanding, but this business is NOT customer service driven."
