"Everytime I go in here it REEKS of weed and multiple employees are high out of their minds. Typically It would be whatever, but this is a children's re-sell store... kids and pregnant woman are shopping around the store..."
"Have been bringing in gently used and new clothes for months was going alright and I felt like I was getting a decent deal , recently I haven't been in a bit and I noticed staff changed a little idk but I brought in three brand new coats name brand with tags/price tags the coats ranged from ,50 to 80 A piece trusted id get like 30/40 knowing they have to profit and pay employees We came back to get the cash and they offered ten bucks ! That's it for all of it, we are currently homeless with no income just foodstamps we were DESPERATE so we took it, I feel robbed, pissed, disappointed and really hurt They lost a loyal customer we will not shop there or sell there EVER again and we often took the cash they gave us and bought new stuff from there store. That's all I have to say If you don't wanna get ripped off or care about the way business treat you !!!!DONT GO HERE!!!!"
"Brought $500 worth of clothes here in two tubs, they offered me $20. The next two tubs I took took to the mall pipsqueaks and $125. Also they were rude and the clothes were retail and overpriced for resell. Staying open by ripping off their customers. I have not been back since. Disappointing my partner said he used to get all his sons clothes here. Guess they went downhill. I was hoping for great place to take my daughter's clothes, this is not the place."
"This is a good way to make a little extra income when you're on a tight budget this gives me a little gas money I had brought in my clothes my great-grandkids clothes my grandchildren's clothes if it's in style clean iron doesn't smell like smoke doesn't have dog hair on it and doesn't look old they'll buy it today I just made 16 bucks and the place is pretty busy all the time they have a lot of clothes so if you want a good place to shop that isn't expensive come here once Upon a Child in Vancouver is the best place to go also they have Walker strollers stuff like that it's a pretty much everything store"
"My first child, I tried bringing her GENTLY used clothes and other items here. Everything was in great shape. I was met by the rules for bringing your items in as being a bit over dramatic. Everything needs to lay flat, if there’s an outfit they must be put together, no stains and must be in good condition. That’s all fine because everything purchased for my daughter was purchased new and I’m prompt with any possible stains. Everything was in great shape. They were extremely picky on what they wanted. They only bought a select few items. I was shocked considering nearly all the clothes they have on their racks are piling or outdated style. I had a second baby this year and since I had donated all of my first baby’s clothes (I say all because once upon a child bought just a few things), I decided to go there and purchase some newborn sized goods. Once again I was met with overpriced used goods, most were very very used. My baby is now in 9-12m and I have none. I do have 12-18m. So I figured I could bring in ALL of the clothes she outgrown, and get her a decent amount in the next size to at least get her through. I brought in 3 bags. One was 0-3m. One was 3-6m. One was 6-9m. Everything is in excellent shape as this baby doesn’t even spit up! I dropped them off, and decided since they said it would be a 5 hour wait, I would shop for the next size and look at 4T for my older one. I got 3 onesies in 9-12m. They have no sleepers in 12m and nothing in 4T that didn’t look totally DISGUSTING. Piling, outdated or stains! It took them over 24 hours to give me an offer. I drove ALL the way back to pick up the stuff. I was shocked. They wanted just a half a bin of stuff for $22. They gave me my items and explained to me to just ‘hold onto it for a couple months and bring it back’ because they may buy more of them. They explained that winter is coming so they didn’t want summer styles. I’m really confused because they didn’t want the sleepers even. When I opened my bag, all my stuff was just THROWN back in. so disrespectful!!!!! Then today I dressed my daughter in a onesie from there and the buttons aren’t even there. This place is a joke!"
