"I consigned a few of my things at this boutique and I was pretty satisfied overall by my experience. The employees were helpful whenever I called in with questions and I’m happy with the way my items were priced. However, I brought in a pair of boots with a dust bag + sole covers and I was told that they would “probably” keep the box and the extras with the shoes. When I went to go pick up my boots, they had discarded the soles, the dust bag, and the box. I didn’t explicitly request that the extras be kept with the boots because I didn’t think that they would be thrown away. TLDR: Good place to consign, but don’t drop off shoe boxes/dust bags with your items if you want them back"
"Best store with great quality products and over the top customer servers. Family owned and it shows. Can't wait to go back and see what I can find"
"Been going here for years! Nice set up. Very shoppable! I consign here regularly and they do a fantastic job with my clothing!!"
"Rude employees, my mom wanted to look for warm skirts. She went Saturday afternoon, she was speaking Spanish and the employee heard her and gave her a dirty look. My mom said hi and instead of greeting her first she went straight to telling her they closed in 20 minutes. My mom told her she just wanted to know if they had thicker skirts that were long. No one answered her question, they seemed bothered she showed up. I worked retail years ago, I always greeted guests. Even on bad days, you treat your customers with kindness."
"When we first walked in the employee just showed us where everything was at and then let us shop in peace until we were done and just bring the Bell.. there were some crazy prices and there were some awesome prices we did go with everything that was 50% off and find all of the tags that correlated with that and got some awesome clothes for me and my kid."
