That is just very disrespectful and rude!! Rude rude!"
"Had a very disappointing visit to your store today. 12:03 PM to be exact as my receipt indicates. You had a clearance sign at the entry that wasn't clear about what the discount was. I went to the counter and the blonde girl at the counter wasn't pleasant but did say all tags were 50% off except the light blue ones. Fair enough. My daughter and I picked out a couple of things each. When we went to the counter to pay, a different employee (which my receipt identifies as TV - short dark hair wearing a black mask ) didn't greet us and started ringing my things up. She stated that one of the things was, in fact, not on sale even though it was a green tag that was told to us was included )- so I told her I would pass on that item. She rang it up. I paid. I then realized that I got charged full price - which accounted to $5.00. She said that there must have been a glitch in the computer and there was nothing she can do now. Note that as she was ringing up my items, she acknowledged that it was in sale. She stated again that there was nothing she can do. After she thought about it for a minute, she said I guess I can return it and resell it at 60% off and give you store credit for the rest. I am not from the area,so that would do me no good. I picked up my things and my daughter left hers there. All that being said. Its not about the 5.00- it was her very unpleasant and rude attitude. Along with the original employee that I spoke to. I won't be back, but I very rarely get that way, but my daughter, who frequently shops there won't be either These girls need some serious training on customer service."
"I've been selling and shopping here for at least 10 years (when it was in a different location as well) I needed to look up hours of operation and noticed all of the negative reviews. Most negative reviews are people trying to sell and I get it, it is frustrating when you bring a whole bunch of stuff and they don't buy anything. They used to buy a lot more than they do now, I never sell more than a handful of items out of a big bag. From my experience thet really only take items that were made in the last 18mos with little exception. Even with tags. But the person buying is hit or miss I've held on to items passed by one buyer knowing its what they're looking for and they were bought by someone else few days later. I like the sales here and the selection too. It's overall not a bad store."
"I came in to the store at 6:58 pm hoping to try to sell some clothes. They were helping someone else and, when someone was available to help me, they looked at their phone and told me “it is 7:01” (they said this exact time) and they don’t buy clothes after 7:00. This information was not posted at their register, on their door, is not on the website, under the “sell to us” link, or anywhere else I looked, and they did not tell me when I called earlier in the day inquiring about selling. I understand why they stop buying an hour before closing but it should at least be advertised and, if someone is there before the cutoff, it’s reasonable to help them."
