Not only did they give me a quick response they came out the next day and took measurements of the area we needed replaced. While they were there they pointed out ways to prolong their carpet and the usage it will endure. This was at no cost to our clients. I was really concerned with the bid they were going to me but it was hundreds of dollars below their competitors. When they arrived on the day they said they were so respectful to our clients that questioned them every step of the way. They were kind and respectful to the atmosphere handed to them.
