"I have tried REALLY HARD to like this place because of its location, but this OLD, STALE, DISGUSTING vape juice I just bought is the last straw. I have gotten countless shotty pods and old-tasting vape juices from these guys, and their "NO RETURNS NO MATTER WHAT" policy is just WRONG if they're going to sell faulty pods and old, stale vape juices. While I understand it is not technically THEM making the leaky pods, they could at least put an effort in to make it right with exchanges, if they cared about customers, which they clearly don't. I also understand (and 100% agree with) the fact that they can't just exchange vape juices if a person decides they don't like the flavor, which I would never expect them to do. But, if a vape juice is OLD and STALE, it SHOULD absolutely be exchanged! Along with the pods that I can't even use because they are leaking out the BOTTOM (which is not from just overfilling it). Hopefully they will take another look at their policy or, at the very least, keep updated on their merchandise (if someone comes in two weeks in a row complaining about faulty pods, chances are that is a "bad batch" and, ethically, you shouldn't continue selling it). Lastly, I understand that people will find a way to take advantage of exchanges, unfortunately. However, there ARE ways around that, and businesses do it all the time! Until then, I'll spend my money elsewhere on products that are going to work, and NOT taste like an expired, stale piece of moldy bread when it's supposed to taste like Apple Watermelon, like it normally does."
