"This is an ok store. Not found of the location, but that's certainly not their fault. The selections were not plentiful, but the prices were fair. Got most of what I needed. Staff was fine. I'm on vacation, so I won't be returning."
"Why do they call it “Big Lots!”. Well let me tell you, the lots here are not only big, they and huge, giant, you could even appropriately call them enormous. But there is one thing even bigger than the lots, and that is the deals. 10/10 will return."
"Rewards program is a joke, I was told I would get $5 off every 3 visits but that is ONLY for silly online orders. Staff apparently needs to be retrained on their own program. :)"
"Everything was very haphazard. Every shelf was messy and disorganized. And not great product selection or store cleanliness. It's the kind of store you expect to hear in the news is filing for bankruptcy any day now; like the parent company has either stopped caring or is too corrupt to reverse course. Visually, it felt about how Sears stores and Kmart stores were like at the very end: sad, depressing shells of their former glory. And the strip mall where its located isn't the nicest either. How do employees feel safe here?? Good candidate for the retail apocalypse to claim, fingers crossed. Yikes."
"Only go here if I absolutely need to. Last time I was there there was a man standing right outside the main entrance and he was cursing ate and threatening my life. I do believe he was on some sort of illicit drug. And major mental health issues. It scares me where Ive not been back since. I will not go back here unless I have another person with me."
