"These are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my whole life. I came in for a fresh set of acrylics for my birthday & I went in showing a picture of the nails that I wanted which I attached to this review & I said I wanted it exactly like that just with a purple color instead & I asked if she had that color & she told me yes but ended up telling me she didn’t have that color once it was time to paint my nails. I noticed the nails weren’t coming out the way I wanted & kept showing her the picture & repeatedly said I want it just like this picture & she said “I got it” she ended up doing a completely different shape & design than I asked for & I decided to just give up on showing her the pictures I also came in with my friend & she was cut pretty badly during her set this ended up ruining my whole day & I was extremely emotional that my nails were gonna look like this for my birthday celebration but I was able to get it fixed at another place & the new nail tech let me know my nails were not done properly at all. They were so uneven & different nail lengths than my other hand & the surface of my nails was extremely bumpy.Please do not come here if you have a special occasion coming up it will destroy your plans & be a huge waste of money & time."

"My friend and I were raving about our nails once we were done! They looked exactly like the pictures that we provided for inspiration. Rachel (owner) actually took me in to fix minor errors with my nails that occurred during the first visit. She made sure that they were all even and was so gracious with the whole process. They turned out perfect. Good price for the quality nails that you get."
