"I had the most life-changing experience here. Went in 8 month’s pregnant for a mani-pedi and got every last dollar’s worth. The massage chair worked out all my back pains that I haven’t been able to get rid of for weeks! The technician rubbed, scrubbed, lotioned, steamed, massaged and pampered my feet and legs for at least an hour. She took her time and did not rush. I died and went to heaven with each step of the pedi. The salon is beautiful and clean. The ambiance was spot on with soothing music. All the ladies working there are true angels. The quality of nail work was superb. A highlight was that they did not hassle me to upgrade from nail polish to gel or similar. I ALWAYS get peer pressured at nail salons for that and it’s the worst. I am now a lifelong customer. Thank you Dream Nails for the best day ever"

"Immediately no. I asked for a soak off multiple times . the lady started trying to pry off my acrylic set instead of soaking until i had to demand they be soaked off . They began cutting down into my friend's nails and completely cut into her natural nail and skin leaving her in complete pain . she was almost in tears . they tried to pull her hand back and proceed doing the same thing . i asked them multiple times why they didn't begin by soaking off our acrylics from the start . they didn't answer me . we both got up and said we're not doing this after they kept trying to proceed with the same process . they followed us out to our cars and said they'd take care of us ? on top of this , we had an appointment. i've never left a bad review on anything, but this threw me over the edge ."
