"This guy couldn’t afford to pay cash to get his shop fixed. Hired a bunch of local companies to do work and only could pay cash and a fraction of the money and the rest supposed to be paid in tatts. Then when it came time to tatt says he doesn’t owe money and will shoot me. This guy is a scum bag do not get tatted here!"
