"I had a very disappointing experience with Kay's. My husband purchased my ring there in March 2021, since then it has lost diamonds every couple months. I had gone to the Centralia location and they let me know in August 2023 if it happened again they would damage it out, and give me credit to purchase a new one. November 2023 it lost another diamond and when I contacted them the store manager was extremely rude and told me they were too short staffed for me to come in anytime soon, I could come in the store in a few weeks and if there wasn't customers she could help me. I then took my ring to Olympia not wanting to deal with a rude store manager, where they sent it out again for repairs, with a note to make sure I don't wear my ring while basically doing anything to avoid losing stones. I then expressed my frustration that I feel like I was sold something not quality. Their only solution was they would buy it back from me for what we paid, but I had to spend double the purchase price. I am very disappointed in Kay's, my husband and I will be purchasing a new ring elsewhere and I will never be a customer of theirs again. If I could give 0 stars I would."
