"Absolutely horrid experience coming to this store. I’m a very frequent Coach customer and have been in almost once a month to purchase items. From the woodburn outlets to the north bend ones. This is my first time in a long time stopping in on the centralia store, while on my way to work. To start, the staff here are not friendly And while trying to purchase my items my account wouldn’t come up. A bit irritated, I asked to just continue with the checkout without giving me a new account. At this point, who I assume to be the manager “Melanie” was called over and immediately began a loud and rude tone. Stating “you need to calm down” to which I calmly replied “im calm” and she proceeded to tell me I can “calm down or leave” so because I was already calm my only other option was to leave. All because I didn’t want a new account ? Absolutely disgusting act of character and terrible display for the Coach brand."
