"60 dollars for a belt, asked them to punch a couple extra holes in the belt, they were off center and the second one was double punched. They refused to replace the belt even though they ruined it. Don't buy boots here either because if they stretch them and mess them up they probably won't make it right either. Our family has done it's last shopping there. Can't do 0 stars. They were rude and even laughed."

"My family and I went there looking around having a good time. When we realized that the workers were following us. We overheard them talking to another accusing us of not putting something away. (Saying we stole it) yes they should be cautious but to watch me put something down then say I didn't is absurd. I wish I could leave a zero star review."

"There was a nice selection of boots and I was having a hard time finding a pair that fit the description of what I wanted but also fit my foot well, the first gal that came to me to help me find a pair was unhelpful and disregarded what I was looking for and told me I was "not experienced with buying boots" because I went there with tennis shoes even though I'd been wearing boots my whole life. After I told her the specific things I was looking for in a boot she told me that I need to disregard that stuff because "nobody will see it anyways." She left to help another customer and the only reason I'm not giving one star is because the second lady that comes to help me was nicer and understanding what I wanted. I bought my boots but I will NOT come here again. I was treated with a lot of disrespect and disregard for what I was looking for."
