"The first time I got my haircut here, it was good. There were a few strands of hair that I had to straighten out with the other side of my head but overall I was satisfied. When I needed a second cut their website states if I received a cut before and want the same person to cut my hair, to directly contact their personal mobile. So I did. I never received a response. So I thought maybe she doesn't work there anymore. And I filled out their online form. Received a text a few days later. Got a cut with a different stylist. Again, it was good, not the best since again I had to even it out on my own once I got home and did an inspection. My third time now needing a bang trim and again I contact the last stylist. Again no answer. So I go to the form online. It's been 3 days and nothing. I live close by and like the walk. But the poor follow up service and 1999 website doesn't cut it anymore. I'm finding a different salon."
