"I have heart failure. This means I take water pills… i need a restroom in a hurry sometimes. I asked to use the restroom in the storage area which I often do while visiting one of my storage units. The on-site manager told me they no longer let people use their restrooms… One of the reasons I chose this spot was because they had a restroom. I will be taking the 270 I pay In rent and going elsewhere"

"don’t get a paint match from this store! i brought a large paint chip in and the color match they gave me was very noticeably different. they didn’t attempt to match the sheen either. i contacted them to try to get a refund and they never responded to me. go to pearl hardware, they matched my paint chip perfectly. UPDATE: I have tried to contact the manager of this location many times to get a refund and they haven't replied to me."
