"Did a bunch of research and felt really good about going in to look for new vinyl siding. I read that not every location carries the same product so I double checked that where I was going would carry it. On the web page it stated they had vinyl siding. When I went in; low and behold they didn't carry it. I was told the Beaverton store did though. I asked if it was opened on Saturday and was told rudely that it wasn't then was asked why it didn't work for my busy schedule. I can't believe I had to explain to someone that I had a job that was Monday-Friday and I didn't want to have to take a sick day to go out there."

"ABC Supply didn't carry vinyl siding supplies that Google search seemed to indicate. Don't know if ABC's IT department failed to update old information or if Google's AI algorithm failed. To their credit they referred me to two other places I might find what t I was looking for. Turns out both had what I needed but were only set up for business with contractors (however I was able to sweet-talk one into a cash sale). I felt ABC Supply truly cared about my needs and did their best to serve me under the circumstances. I'll definitely keep them in mind next time I need building supplies."
