"Got my hair cut today. Customer service was probably the worst I've ever experienced and the haircut added insult to injury. Woman looked like me walking in to have a haircut was a personal insult, she didn't ask how much to cut off, barely gave me time to chime in that I wanted layers after saying "you don't want layers, right?", I asked for a trim and apparently that means 3 inches because it went from being shoulder length to being chin length, several spots were missed. They charge 15 bucks for a haircut when I can get a better one for five elsewhere. I had my haircut last time there by this pleasant younger girl a few months back and figured I'd return to them since the other girl was so nice. Worst mistake of my life. Handed the woman more than the cost of my haircut and didn't bother to wait for my change I wanted out of there so bad. Not even a thank you for a 30 percent tip on the worst haircut I've ever had. Next time I'll save myself fifteen bucks and give myself a bad haircut at home."
