"I never ever do reviews. I’m a busy mom and I don’t have time. But this place rubbed me the wrong way today. I went in for some face oil and foundation with my baby. I noticed the two items I needed were marked up more expensive than I remember it being. I’ve recently also seen it almost $5 cheaper at Whole Foods or on Amazon. I don’t shop ulta often so idk their policies on price matching do I thought I’d ask. There was a group of associates chatting and I felt like I was annoying them by saying excuse me and asking if they price matched. They said no and that is totally fine but then they snickered behind my back as I walked away. I heard one of them ask another associate if they price matched and they laughed at it in a mocking manner. It was just a simple question, I guess I’m sorry I asked. Like I said, not familiar with all of their policies and a lot of retailers will price match. I still was going to buy something until one the gals in the group I had asked the question to earlier just straight glared at me as I walked by. I decided to take my business elsewhere and put back the product on the shelf. Bummer this is the customer service I was given today."

"It's kind of a smaller store. They have the brands but they don't have a wide selection of product in their brands. Things you would find at other ulta stores you won't find here. It's a good place to go to get the bare minimum of what you need. One thing I don't like is having people follow you around asking if I need anything in particular every corner I take. It gets annoying the have to say no over and over. I'm sure it's probably theft prevention but still it's annoying. The staff are somewhat friendly and approachable."

"Alice helped me find a nice face cream, sunblock, lip balm and toner to try and help with the skin issues I developed after the birth of my baby. She was very sweet, friendly and attentive. She also thought my kid was cute, always a plus in my book."
