"I'm speaking out on behalf of my girlfriend because she's just too much of a nice person to say anything negative or even stand up for herself at times. Today she came home very unhappy with how her hair turned out. She had been looking forward to this for a week and all day yesterday she was exhilarated for today. After being there for hours, and lots of money being spent she was very unhappy with how her hair looked. It was not the correct color; it was not the correct length and wasn't worth it. This is now the second time my girlfriend has gone here and been very disappointed with how it turned out. I give this place a 0 out of 5 if I could because this is unacceptable and now, I have a girl whose day is ruined and heart broken. Do not take the risk ladies."
