"Awful experience. Paid for the deluxe pedicure and was given a year of ingrown toenails in return. I asked the nail tech to leave my nails long and she confirmed that she'd just trim them back a little, she cut the sides of my big toe nail all the way back to the cuticle. Guaranteed way to get ingrown toenails and infection until it can fully grow back out in a year. When I called her on it she kept going like she didn't hear me, she only stopped after I told her to stop it a second time, but the damage was done, that should not have happened even if I hadn't already asked for my nails to be left long. Obviously does not know what she is doing. On top of the awful nail tech experience- All of the towels look dirty and threadbare. The hot stones also look dirty. The water to soak your feet in was cold, and I had to ask for more water to be added just to have it warm. The whole service was maybe 45 minutes. Save your money and your feet, go elsewhere."

"This was my first time visiting! I made an appointment a few weeks back to make it easy for everyone, I know walk ins can be hard to squeeze in. Nancy was so lovely. She did my nails exactly as the photo I showed her, and she took her time. I have no cuts or injuries, she did an amazing job! The gal who did my feet was also very caring and took her time as well. (I forgot to ask her for her name) Everyone here is welcoming, and I could hear the nail techs greet people by name, which means they value their customers and regulars. I will be coming back in the future, my new favorite spot! ** Update ** My nails lasted SO LONG! I had no issues with chipping or breaking. I have a customer service job, I use registers, and I showcase products to customers, so my hands are heavily used. This set lasted a little over a month, and even then, the only reason one popped off was because I was playing with my dog a little rough. (He's a big boy)"
