"I typically don't write reviews, but I have been so frustrated with Taylor-Thomason that I feel I would be doing a dis-service to others by not sharing my story. Over the last 3 years, I have seen service steadily decline. I have had multiple agents assigned to me, but I did not know there was a change until I emailed who I thought was my agent, only to have somebody else respond to the email letting me know of the change. Not the end of the world, but some communication would have been nice. I admittedly make a decent amount of changes to my policy per year based on buying and selling vehicles (2-3 a year). I used to have to email once, then occasionally follow up the next day if I hadn't heard anything to make a change. Recently, I have to send multiple emails and make phone calls just to have a vehicle added. The last change I made sent me over the edge. The change was requested on a Monday morning. On Wednesday morning, after not hearing back at all, I reached back out to them. Shortly after, I received a response that they were busy because other customers wanted their boats added to their policy before the weekend. I was promised it would be taken care of on Wednesday before end of day. I emailed on Wednesday night asking for a status update. On Thursday mid-morning after not hearing back I was so frustrated that I called the agency and ranted to another agent. Shortly after that I received an email stating that the change didn't happen the prior day due to the agent having computer problems and it would be taken care of shortly. I did receive my changes as requested, but after all of this, I was told that I wouldn't have had an issue with the delay because I was already a customer and I would have been covered for 14 days after buying a new vehicle. Am I not a priority because I am a current customer? Am I supposed to wait up to 14 days hoping that somebody will get back to me? This is not a one-time event. I stuck with Taylor-Thomason through declining service for way longer than I should have, as I was always hoping that the next time would be better. Their service got progressively worse over time. I finally switched to another agency, and am much happier with their service. The new agency responds to my emails promptly. They were able to run me new quotes as well, and found the same coverage from another national carrier for much cheaper."

"Sylvia was able to find a personal liability insurance policy for my timberland where I allow a caretaker to live in his own personal property, i.e. not vacant land but I do not own any dwelling on it. She works very hard to find policies with the features that customers want. I like that."
