"Absolutely unprofessional personal, tried to buy the battery for my Ram keys, first they said that don't cover 2021 year and advised to go check with the dealership, I googled the type of battery and than received another genius advice to go and change it at Locksmith across the road, after stating that I don't need that kind of advices, guy got mad and refused to sell anything. Checked AutoZone couple blocks away- also didn't cover 2021 production year, but they immediately googled and not only sold me a battery but even replaced it on the spot."
