"Went to auto zone today to change my battery. I was helped by Hana and managed to get my new battery on warranty, and she showed me how to change my battery. Even though the plugs didn't reach the terminals, she found a way to get them to reach. I'm very appreciative of her patience and taking the time to help me ."

"This must be a Federal way thing to not give recipients and not very happy to exchange returns both time no receipt and the second did not get the phone number to be able to return with the app. so I am stuck with the purchase. Not a big deal with brake fluid but just so different than the high dessert store."
