"Don’t go that place . Customer waiting out side . And she lock the door and keep saying wait 10 mints . And after 25 mints wait she said I am not open the door . You can go another store … so don’t stop here"
"Rudest manager I've ever spoken to. I walk in with out a mask and she asks if I have a mask I tapped on plexi glass and said "yup right here" I put my drink on counter she rings me up I politely say "how's your day going today?" She responds in a snoody tone "I'd rather not talk about it"." I said " is it cuz you say something about my mask everyother day and I ignore you"?" Same response again as last time. Finishing the sale and told her she was rude. I'm not too sure when Chevron employees thought they had the power to tell people what to wear or how to dress last time I checked she was a gas station clerk and I'm in construction terrible people got to treat people this way. So anyways I won't be coming in 3x a week to fill up the deisal truck anymore. There goes her paycheck every week . It's sad how the customer service people handle thisask thing the worst must be cuz they finally get controll over customers vs "customer is always right""
"If possible, I'd actually give zero stars for zero quality service. When I needed something, which was closed to customers, then needed a confirmation, the cashier was rude to me. Yes, he said to me " I already told you!" When I was outraged, he just shrugged as if to say "tough luck, lady." Now: is this not rude enough?? I probably got this treatment because of my gender. From what I've read in these reviews so far, it appears that there is a pattern of rudeness to customers. Like others before me: I'll never come back to this one. I always get good service at AMPM; also heard good things about Jackson's & Unocal 76. Those of you who read this & got substandard treatment: go to the top to complain. You owe it to yourself to stand up to them, and not take it. Chevron - get your act together!"
"Stopped by last night. Assistant manager Toni was sitting in a chair on her phone. When she finely noticed me she was rude as he'll. Every time I go in there when she's working, I'm treated like I owe this place money. How that woman has a job in customer service is beyond me. I have not had 1 positive interaction with that employee. Much better customer service across the street at Jackson's. I'm done spending my money at this location."
"Totally agree. An unexpected shower of rudeness is spot on. Especially the chubby girl with black hair and glasses. You don’t turn your back to your customer and carry on a conversation about lotion for 5 mins with your co-worker. While you make your customer wait. Then, laugh rudely, when your customer asks for a receipt. Did anyone laugh about you both not fitting behind the desk? You acted like a couple of middle schoolers. Chevron: I come there a lot for fill-ups. You just lost my business to Shell. Please correct your rude employees. Thanks."
