I was given very detailed notes and even some pictures of some issues they found that helped me decide whether to proceed with the purchase. The receptionist inside is so so so kind and the lobby is mad comfy. They had my car for less than two days, gave me constant updates as they had it, and had me back on the road before I knew it. "Brought my car here for some general maintenance due to the high praise I saw in a local neighborhood group on Facebook. I received a free inspection while my car was there, and they even took photos of the things that they noticed could be worked on. When I arrived to grab my vehicle, they went over the few things they noticed, but there was zero pressure about trying to get me back in. They mostly let me know the top important things and order of importance that they recommend when I’m ready to bring it back. I really appreciated the photos and zero pressure customer service that they provided. They even include the cost of each recommended service on the paper they provided of the inspection, which is super helpful for budgeting. This will be where I take my vehicle from now on."
