"I've spent years trying to find a mechanic (or dealership) that I would want to return to after the initial visit. Trust is important. I gave GN NW a try and was not disappointed. The many five star ratings align with my experience. The garage isn't much to look at, if you can even find it (on McGill just off Evergreen Way), but they do good work. There are other decent (four-star) garages in the area, but I'll be returning here as long as they are in business. Dan made excellent recommendations on break sets and charged me cost, quick repair of hatchback door without charge (I brought the actuator), and replaced a few hard to reach lights. If nothing else, since I own a Subaru, I'll be back every time one of my door lock actuators fail, which so far has been all five of them (some twice)."
