"TLDR: Terrible experience, but at least I didn't pay. It's been a couple months since my experience at Genuine Auto Glass - wanted to make sure that I gave it some time before leaving a review. Came in the first time after having made an appointment and apparently it hadn't been saved in the system. Sounded like the appointment was made in another office and the employee (owner?) was frustrated - seemed to be an ongoing issue. Exchange wasn't pleasant, his frustrations were transferring to our conversation, but I decided to reschedule and give it another shot. Came back a second time to get chips filled in/repaired. I was told it would take an hour, so I told him I'd go get my nails done next door (to pass the time, why not). Nails took a bit longer, so I rushed over after. Stood in the office for five minutes when he finally came in and told me he wasn't going to be done for awhile. I told him I had somewhere to be and that he had quoted an hour, where he retorted that I went to go get my nails done, so he was going to need more time. I wasn't quite sure how those two related. I let him know that I didn't have more time, and in so many words, he said too bad, while walking away back into the shop. Didn't have much of a choice but to wait at that point, so started making calls, in which the employee (owner?) promptly pushed my car out of the shop, made me sign a sheet outlining the work, and said because he couldn't finish the job thoroughly, he wasn't going to let me pay for it. The end."

"I had an appointment scheduled with Genuine earlier this week. I arrived at the appointed time. Walked in, tell the guy at the counter who I am and that I have a scheduled windshield glass chip repair appointment. Well, he can't find my appointment on their schedule. So, he says that they will fit me in and there will be no charge. Wow! That is fantastic customer service! Other businesses could learn things from these people. Thanks to Genuine Auto Glass! You are stellar and I will let everyone know!"

"Got a chip repaired. Made an appointment and there was some issues with scheduling and it wasn't booked. Mike the owner handled it great and squeezed me. Much appreciated. Great service, will definitely go back for any other windshield needs I may have."
