"I have been going to Jim for several years based on a co-workers recommendation. Each time I walk away respecting him more, and wanting to hang out with him! He is honest and has never recommended unnecessary repairs, in fact once he told me I still had several months left on my brakes and to hold off. On one of the visits he saved me thousands of dollars (approx $8k) by identifying there was something wrong with my transmission and recommended I take it into the dealership because it was still under warranty. Sure enough, there was a huge issue. I've recommended him to all my friends and family and they are just as impressed. Jim is the absolute best. I'm forever grateful to my former co-worker for recommending him."

"Jim is our go to car support! We’ve taken our two cars there multiple times and he has always been informative with his diagnosis of the issue/the fix, speedy, and affordable. As of late, I called him about our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee not making any noise as we try to turn it on hoping to set up an appointment to bring it in. "This place is the real deal. Half of what you’ll pay at a dealership or some other places and fast and honest. We had a headlight out in a 2009 Acura TL. You would think you could do that yourself and sure, you can try. You got to take off the fender cover inside the wheel and leave the wheel off. Acura wanted 400 plus. Jim knocked it out in no time for half the price. This place is a real gem. He even fixed the turn signal which hasn’t worked in 4 years. Love this place! The last of the best car fixing places in Washington."
