"I loved the service I received at Whites Motorcycle Services. Robert and his staff treated me like they knew me. I Ride a ‘01 Harley Roadglide (Screamin’ Eagle) edition. It was an easy fix for for Robert and he was very honest and my charge was very reasonable. They’re very knowledgeable about bikes so they pointed out things that they seen needs tended to in the future. Robert and his staff showed great customer service skills the whole time I was there. Not only that, they let me stand there and watch as they fixed my bike. I will definitely be back to get the work I need done on my bike at WMS."

"2007 Goldwing Trike: trunk lid STILL SLAMS down. Back brakes were to be checked and serviced. While on a group ride, back brakes FAILED. NO BACK BRAKES! Luckily, Mike is a very experienced rider and didn't panic. We had to get someone else to fix the brakes. Rear shock was to be replaced; Mike was charged 9 hrs of labor. I don't believe anything was done as I'm the passenger, and it rides THE SAME. We EACH separately called and was quoted a FINAL PRICE. Price went up $500 when Mike and Jeff got there; and on receipt, close to $700 was balance. Bike only has 22,200 miles on it. Who's the thief? Mike paid cash-OVER $2,600 on this bill. Bike was filthy, and that brand new windshield that was just recently installed has 2 scratches on it."

"My bike broke down in Tacoma last week and I've been kind of stuck. They were nice enough to accept the job at short notice. I haven't heard what's wrong with it yet and I don't expect that they drop everything to help but we'll see how this goes. I've heard some good things about this shop so keeping fingers crossed. I'd beware of a mechanic who's not busy. Will update..,well they quoted me under $200 then I get the bill and it's $411. The the bike breaks down a couple blocks from their shop. Bike fixer says " it ran fine until you put your hands on it" "get it back to us and I'll get to it when I have time" . Good thing I paid by visa. Do not go here.... Ever. Most likely they are busy with warranty work. They didn't even put all the bolts back. It's 3am and I'm stranded. But what ever. If you do go here do don't pay cash."
