"J and s rv sales sold me a ford excursion. Upon getting it home, and on a mechanic, lift I found that someone had gone to great lengths to hide the extensive body rust. When calling him right away and asking him to purchase the vehicle back, James and his father James Sr proceeded to scream at me and tell me that it was my fault for not finding the rust and that I should have discovered the hidden body holes. The rust was well disguised with paint and undercoating. When I talked to him prior to coming up from oregon, he stated that there was “no rust in the body or frame” . This is a far cry from holes in the body, All I asked is that they take responsibility for what they sold me and represented as a safe quality vehicle and buy the car back. I even offered it at 1k less. Instead he had his dad who owns a larger dealership call me back and scream at me. I would not do any business with them. Things didn’t feel right from the very beginning, james seemed honest until things went wrong , and he had a chance to do the right thing and chose not to."
