"Absolute trash, have been dealing with the same issue since buying the car 2 years ago. Vehicle has been in multiple times, waiting on a ticket from Kia that ends up lost. no one ever answers, and when they do the technician assigned isn't available and doesn't return the call, nothing is logged in the database, doesn't reply to emails."
"I gave 4 stars based on the professionalism & courtesy of the front line staff. There is no way for me to have knowledge of the mechanical work done or the necessity of the work performed. I went in for recall work and came out with front end brakes, tail light and license plate bulb replacements. I feel good about the brakes not so much with the light issue and cost associated with replacement."
"Well. First off, I'd like to say Adam did a fine job turning a frustrating situation into something more tolerable. But I don't believe the dealership has any excuse to NOT have common parts for their vehicles on hand. You're a dealership. Not uncle Tommy's car shop that may or may not see a kia for years so they wait to purchase parts as needed. I waited 1 month for my appointment. Specifically shared the error code (po30100) so that they may better know what parts they may need. They promised that they would get the car filled that day. Drove my car well out of my way only for them to diagnose the car, and tell me they won't have parts until the following week. And say that it's fine to drive with a misfiring cylinder in the meantime... If my car wasn't under warranty, and it didn't take another month and a half to schedule an appointment with another dealership, I wouldn't be coming back."
"Disappointed in our first experience with Car Pros Tacoma service department. Friendly staff but the estimate we received for repairs was $330 and we were charged over $600. Engine light came on within two blocks after picking it up and was advised to bring it back in. They checked the engine light codes and I was told it was related to an area near but not the same as the part replaced and was told to bring it back in for further investigation and possible repairs. Took it to my neighbor’s independent mechanic and he checked the code - it wasn’t what they told me it was - it was a totally different issue which he checked and it was fine. Thankful we found a new mechanic."
"I've called multiple times about my 2013 Sorento. Not one person can just call back to discuss the repair of a covered knock sensor that has left the vehicle unusable due to limp mode and likely subsequent engine failure... this service department is the worst."
