"Just now went in to shop for work shoes. 5 men standing at the counter talking about food and girls. Probably 10 people in the store. No one was greeted, store is a disaster. I was a DM for a large shoe corporation and would never allow my stores to look like this, employees need to be retrained on what job expectations are."

"Worst company you could ever come in contact with. Management is absolutely a joke. Shoes are cheap, dirty, and over priced; if you can even find a matching pair that is. It’s such a negative environment and the employees are treated as cattle. I highly urge anyone to not do business with this store as it deserves non. The district manager Lynette needs to get a grip on the store and her attitude as well. One of the most disrespectful managers I’ve ever dealt with."

"This place is sort of a joke. We went for my husband to find shoes and we'd often find a display shoe we liked. Surprised to find a size 12, we'd grab the box only to find it was empty. This happened enough times that we just gave up. (Perhaps the shoes are being stolen?) Associates aren't helpful and aren't really paying attention to customers. Store is cluttered and dirty."

"Did a return. They wouldn't give me a full refund. Bought the shoes the night before. It was missing the taxes. Josiah said there was nothing he could do as it's all computer operated. I would have to call corporate and hope to get the rest of my money back. It was the 1st and last time I will EVER shop there. Threatened to call the cops when I said I need my receipt or my money. Would give a 0 star if Google would let me. Update - district mgr called me today (3/27) and said I can come pick up the rest of my money. Not sure how he a "tax except" return. Apologized for what happened."
