"This Express location is fantastic. Not only do they have a great selection (bigger and better than Tigard), but the service really blew me away. Elsa, the store manager, was super kind and beyond helpful -- on the phone when I called to ask if they had a certain thing and when I was in store shopping and asking for different sizes and colors. My partner went in to shop without me the next day and she was super nice and helpful to him, and even remembered me once they started talking. All the other employees were super friendly and accommodating as well; great customer service is a sign of good management. I live a little closer to the Tigard location but the experience here is *absolutely* worth the few minutes of extra driving time AND the 6.5% sales tax."
