"I love this shop and the customer service person was awesome. I was at the shop in the Lincoln City outlet mall. I wax told there were no returns but I could exchange with no problem. I went back and did an exchange and bought another pair. Had to go back again as the new ones didn’t work for me so exchanged for another pair. These will be super for our long drives during our 3 month RV trip from Portland OR to Portland ME and back!"

"The prices are good but no return policy and no fitting rooms you better go in there knowing what will fit. I like leggings for lounge wear and luckily they fit and at $10 a pair that seemed like a fair price. I got the plus size to be sure they'd fit. The employees seem nice but don't go out of their way to help anyone. I was asked if I needed help finding anything and I said no and that was the end of that conversation. Usually an employee would follow with, if you need help let me know but she seemed like she didn't really want to help anyhow. They do seem tolerant though, here I am a male holding up leggings to see how'd they fit and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all doing so. The woman noticed me doing it but just kept folding clothes and she was nice when checked out, didn't feel judgy at all in there."

"I bought 4 pairs of leggings because there was a no try on policy. I only needed 1 pair for a Christmas picture. but purchased 4 pairs to try on. I clearly asked if the ones I didn't keep were returnable. When I came back found exchange only. I don't wear leggings much so I didn't exchange and donated 3 pairs back to store as they would not refund (maybe they can donate these to a lady in need). If a store has a no refund and customer asks if it's returnable that has to be more clear and especially since you cannot try on. I'm sure I'm not the first to purchase here to try on and be frustrated upon returning. Anyway be prepared, no refunds here."

"Leggings are really cheap, I personally love the $10 soft leggings, most comfortable leggings I own. They have plus sizes running up to 3XL. The workers are very kind and helpful. They have tones of variety. The fitting rooms are closed but that’s due to covid. Overall no complaints."
