"Prices are great for good quality items. Products change frequently which can be a good or bad thing depending on how, and what you are shopping for. Staff is so-so, but expected as I'm sure they are paid minimum wage. Return policy is great and very easy. I have been to other Ross's that are an absolute mess but this one is pretty well kept."
