"Horrible service, when I was going to pick up the sandwiches, beside being super expensive, they don’t put them in the bag, I asked for one bag and instead of helping the customer, which I was the only one, the person in charge just said: “there are bags” the don’t even handle to you or put your food in it. I’m not coming back again."
"Waiting 20 minutes to get a sandwich when there are more people working than waiting is a bit much. It just seems lien everyone is just too busy hanging out with each other to work. This is the slowest location. They also double charged me once and I never did get a refund so 2 sandwiches cost me $60. I only go to this location because it is close for my lunch break. Do not recommend this location in particular. The sandwich was ok, the service and speed of service is terrible."
"Asking for a tip on a $20 sandwich is a bit outlandish. But messing up a BLT takes some talent, especially when I ask for no tomato. I don’t know how much easier it coulda been to make. Since I didn’t leave one, here’s your tip, learn how to do your job before asking for money on top."
"Idk why but almost every time I order from ANY Jimmy John’s they get my order wrong. Turkey sub with mayo, lettuce, onions and cucumbers. I either get just turkey and lettuce or just turkey itself. Last night waited over 30 min for delivery for my sandwich to be wrong. Called the store and they acted like I was lying about my sandwich being wrong, just to have to wait another 30 min for a new one to arrive, and they just set it on my porch without knocking or anything. Terrible service."
"Really awful. Tried this place three days Ina row, the first sandwich on day one was okay, but I was really hungry. The second day I came back and bought the buy one get one 50% off deal and the bread was hard and they skimped on ingredients, was mostly bread no fillings. The third day I received a free 8 inch from signing up with rewards. Big mistake. The bread was rock hard, there is no way that bread was baked within the last 48 hours, seriously think they baked a huge batch on the first day I went there and continued selling it for the next two days. I even went into the shop and told them the bread was rock hard, his response was it sat in the oven too long, which I don't believe, it literally tasted like 3 day old bread. Since he didn't have fresh bread, or just wouldn't remake my sandwich i tried to eat it, tasted horrible. You can see in the picture how it broke off, it was rock hard through the whole thing. Now I see why this place has a 3 star rating. They charge a premium for these sandwiches too, they cost around 9$ for a smallish sandwich and it's 90% bread...."
