MOD Pizza,

"I’ve been to MOD in different states, and I’ve been to this location many times, and this is the WORST experience at any MOD I’ve ever experienced. On a Sunday afternoon, there was only 2 people working the counter and making pizza (for both in-person and online orders!). One person was making online orders only and the other person was switching between online and in-person orders. The speed was SUPER slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes and finally gave up after the 3 people (one party) in front of us finally started their order. I honestly believe that the two people working the front counter were doing what they could to help, but I put sole responsibility on management. Of course I don’t know what has happened behind the scenes, but there appeared to be a total of 4 (maybe 5) workers (including the manager). I’ve never seen this MOD this under staffed, and when my wife asked an employee (non manager) why things were taking so long, the manager said, “Don’t yell at her!” My wife wasn’t yelling (I understand that the manager may have perceived it this way), and my wife asked this after several people in line were complaining about the slow service (basically being a voice for the people. The people behind us decided to order through the app because they felt they would get their food sooner.) The manager ended up saying, this usually happens at this time (on Sundays). So, my thought goes to, “If this usually happens, why don’t you make sure you have enough workers?” (I understand that there may have been people scheduled who called in sick, but it sounded like this shortage is a common thing.) Because of this experience, I won’t be visiting this location for a long time, and if I do, it most likely won’t be on a Sunday, AND there’s a chance that if I see this specific manager worker, I might leave and go somewhere else. This was a really sad visit with a really sad outcome. We eventually went somewhere else for lunch."

"Usually pretty good, however not so impressed this time. I ordered online for a 1:15 pick-up (over 1/2 hour out). Pizza was not done until 1:26 and was missing ingredients."

"Always a friendly greeting when we go in. We love being able to choose our own pizzas. All the fresh toppings you can imagine, plus a few more. I like to top mine with fresh arugula and a drizzle of the balsamic fig glaze. Delicious."

"First time ordering MOD Pizza ,with Uber Eats. Order was complete, arrived on time. Got Maddy (6in) for my kid. Each pizza of this size is a little over $9 . Sorry, but I was not impressed. Pizza was supper thin, not much cheese, hard to chew and my kid didn't like it. Sad to say, will not order from here again, I didn't think it was worth the price."

"Build your own pizza with all the toppings you want for a very reasonable price. They have a nice atmosphere that is clean and the staff were friendly. They also offer a good variety of iced teas. Good option for a quick bite."
