Pizza Hut,

"They dropped off the pizza without knocking or ringing the bell. The pizza was barely warm when it arrived, not a lot of cheese, mainly sauce, they forgot the boneless wings. So I called to see if they can send them, I finally got someone, she asked to look me up by my number (mind you they had to call me to ask about a soda substitute, so they had to look me up separately to this call) she told me we don't have you on file and hung up on me. I tried to call back and I was hung up on again. Normally I wouldn't even care but one of my boys do not like pizza, which is why I get him wings. Just poor customer service. I get things happen and it gets busy but when they do, make it right."

"The employees are extremely loud when I walked in the door and continued to shout and talk about inappropriate things as I am standing there. It is so loud that I almost walked out because I could not stand it! Waiting for my order that was supposedly ready took a good 10 minutes to get into my hands. The employees are not well groomed and the store was very dirty looking. I will not be ordering from them ever again!"

"this pizza is not good, I had a pizza from Pizza Hut weeks ago and it was bought in the center with cheese, I paid 25$ for this time I also paid 25$ but this pizza is bad it did not compare to the last pizza"

"The thin crust pizza was prompt but overcooked. I was overcharged $2.10 for toppings I did not order. I could not create an account for the app on my phone because the app would not accept my birthdate to activate or use. I will not return to Pizza Hut."

"Ordered off their website at 5:15pm. It said it would take 45-55 minutes which I was okay with. Waited an hour and still hadn't heard anything, so I clicked on the tracker which said it was out for delivery. Waited another 25-30 minutes and get a call from doordash not knowing what was going on, but they didn't have my order. I called and the guy who answered seemed completely clueless but finally landed on "we will remake it and deliver it ourselves" everything was quick enough from that point but doordash still delivered it, and the pizza was not hot when it got here. In all, I waited over 2 hrs for sub par pizza. Not impressed and will not order from here again."
