Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"I've always loved the pizza, the salad however isn't always fresh. The salad I picked up today had an expiration date of 2/3 and today is 2/5 and the lettuce was turning brown"

"Very fast pizza that you bake at home. You walk in and within minutes are a leaving to go home with your order. We use this location at least once a month and never had any problem except maybe eating too much pizza when we get home. Coupons are in the local mailers in the mailbox almost every week. They also have an app for your phone to order and earn reward points."

"These pictures are of your Nampa Idaho store, (920 Caldwell Blvd). Food trash is being thrown all over the parking lot by the employees. one picture shows your general manager standing in front of the dumpster on a break not doing anything about the trash. I talked to the store manager Raul and he told me it is not his problem and refused to give me any contact info. We have rats in the business complex because of this trash. It is disgusting and a health issues."

"Always decent take and bake. Quality control is a little lacking. Sausage mostly on one side. Fail. This is why I ask for extra sausage on the side and fix it myself. 11/27/2022 Update - appears to be a consistent issue. Last two times in addition to today's. 12/6/2022 - tried again tonight. I've just resigned myself to always have an unfortunate experience. 11/7/2023 - we continue to frequent hoping for a better experience. Today's experience, the lobby doors are locked. Customers are letting people in. Employees are making no attempt. No acknowledgement when you do get in."

"We walked into four employees having an apparently, very funny conversation. We got the pleasure of waiting for them to finish their conversation before we were greeted. Then, as one proceeded to register, another person came from the back and started talking. Finally, they kinda apologized kinda made excuses. By this time, I was peeved and said that was fine as long as one of them served us. One of the employees was snippy and said that's why she was standing there. She had made no gesture to let me know she was actually ready for us to order. After we ordered and were waiting, we got to hear an employee be sassy to a drive-thru customer about their order not being ready because it was their fault they were early. It just felt inappropriate since it is customer service. Papa Murphy's always has good pizza, so I will say that they get something for that. I will also say that the place was very clean. Sometimes, you get to a place at the wrong moment, and this might have been that. The problem is that I will not be giving them a second chance to find out based on this experience."
