"Biggest waste of time don't go here I brought in 6 pairs of new jeans 5 with tags. They only wanted to give me 10 each pair after they told me yesterday they do from 30 to 50 percent of retail. When I asked why it was different today the they said that's what I'm offering today. Absolutely not getting my miss me or Tru religion jeans brand new with tag for $10 each. I will definitely let everyone in the surrounding area not to buy here. They don't keep thier word at all!"

"So I didn't want to come here because of the reviews. But I was greeted with kindness, the buyer was cool, and I saw a bit if behind the scenes with their buying process. Part of the reason the process takes time, is they actively look up items on the internet to make sure they can even buy what people are trying to sell. Plus looking at price comparisons, imo to get the going rate for what they are buying. Tbh, this is fair and appreciated. They do in fact look at every item with care and detail. Lastly, they make everything else smooth and cool. I give this place a 5 star. Support your local businesses :)"

"This place is good if you're looking to buy clothes. They do have fitting rooms which is really nice. Their vintage section is relatively new and a bit overpriced considering the qaulity of items. I found a lot of the shirts and dresses on this rack had missing buttons or broken zippers. Skip that rack! Great selection of active clothes and demin in my opinion. There has only been a few times ive seen clothing have stains in the the 5 years ive shopped here. Otherwise, the clothes they do have for sale are in good shape. Ive never had success selling any clothing or shoes, some of my items were new with tags. Ive waited over 24 hours everytime I bring items in. I also dont bring in a ton of items, usually less than 12 and still experienced a LONG wait time. My suggestion is dont waste your time hauling your items in. Chances are, they will pass on it!"

"Unfortunately, I must give this store a low rating based on my experience this weekend. I, too, took in a lot of clothes, many designer & new w/tags, for resale. Because they were busy, I agreed to return the next day to allow them to take their time going through my items. When I returned the next day, I was informed they hadn't gone through my items yet & I would have to wait another half-hour. So I waited. After about 20 minutes I was informed that they were passing on all of my clothing. Even the young woman who delivered the message was surprised they didn't take any of my items. I won't be returning to this store. Good luck"

"I've been shopping here for awhile now. They use to have great affordable clothing. But now prices have gone up. The other day i went shopping with my daughter, & we haven't been in awhile, there was an old Harley Davidson graphic t-shirt for almost $50!! The two sisters that run store are sweethearts & they give great customer service. I would love to give this store a 5 star rating but the clothing isn't as cute & affordable anymore. It's a hit or miss here. Might as well get better deals at the mall or online."
