"I didn’t have the issues others complained of. The folks working there were kind, respectful and super friendly!! They told us upfront which items couldn’t be returned and the prices were very reasonable! Would go again."

"I went in to make an online return and the chubby Hispanic girl with bad eyelash extensions told me she wouldn't accept the return because it "smelled worn" even though tags were attached with receipt and it hadn't been worn. I called customer service in store and they sent me a QR code for the return to be accepted so I got my money back but that girl was definitely trying to scam me. I thought this store was higher end but I was not impressed and won't be going back."

"PUSHED US OUTSIDE WHILE A SHOOT OUT WAS OCCURING!!! While trying to shop for my daughter's Homecoming dress we were approached in the dressing room of Windsor store and told there was an active shooter and that we needed to leave immediately. They guided us to a back door and I asked them if it was even safe to go out. I asked if the shooter had been apprehended or not. They said that they did not know, that they were told someone had been shot and to get everyone out the back door. As she guided us into a maze of tunnels in the backside of the mall I turned to ask her where we were supposed to go and she shut and locked the door on us. My poor daughter panicked as it was dimly lit, nothing was marked as to where we were or where we should be going. We wandered a bit and ran into other scared and confused customers in the halls. It was terrifying, but not nearly as terrifying as coming out of it finally, only to find ourselves right where the shooting was taking place. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of care, and planning that this mall has displayed in regards to the safety of their customers. To have an active shoot out situation taking place in your parking lot and decide that the best course of action is to push all of the customers who are safely hidden in your stores out into the parking lot where it is taking place is inexcusable! Unfortunately this type of event is becoming a horrible reality of this day and age, so step up Tacoma Mall officials and do a better job of protecting your staff and customers!! Your planning committee has a lot of work to do!! As for the store itself, it was dirty. Extremely unorganized. Many of the clothing racks had dresses just laying on the floor beneath the rack. It was difficult to look for anything in particular. This, added to the complete insensitive nature of the staff pushing us out into the hall and then just locking the door on us with no guidance, or a single thought or care as to what would happen to us, definitely insured that we will not be back!"
