"Home Depot has officially lost my business. Not only do they make me feel like a criminal as I’m buying I can never get help. I stopped by for a return and they only had one person working the counter and she was busy checking people out so they wanted me to wait in that line which was 6 people deep. From now on I will only use and only recommend Gray Lumber, they treat there contractors with way more respect. If in the south sound I would recommend Mt Lumber/Tanglewild and Lincoln. Home Depot is trash and I’d rather pay more for products to have way better service!!!"

"Place was pretty busy, I was picking up some wood for shelf, And I needed a few pieces of it cut. Usually takes a while to get someone to come help especially when they're busy, which is understandable. This time there Was a guy named paul, Who had really good customer service, That was helping me out. It also seemed like he was helping a couple of other customers as well as another employee, But had a great attitude and just rocked his way through it. Really appreciated the positive atmosphere. Keep it up Paul, they need 10 more like you."

"Wow it's been years since I been in a Home Depot store and I'm not sure I like the changes. The front end of the store was so jammed up with merchandise in the center of the isle it created a single file path in each direction, so much for walking next to the person you're with. A guy in a wheelchair looked squeezed in the isle. The sides of the store were also jammed up with merchandise all of the way to the ceiling. I felt trapped and closed in. There are no traditional check stands. It's all self checkout with a few staff around to direct people and help them when they're stuck. At least they had what I was looking for - a rake for a good price."

"Home Depot ;) Nothing extraordinary or whatever. The only thing is that some of the stuff we need is usually tucked away deep down into some random pit of despair or whatever and we can never find it. Completely gone. Whoosh. But typically it's all good and we find what we need without trouble :-)"
