"GHETTO!!!! I felt like I was in a bad neighborhood! Instead of greeting customers with a warm welcome.. as soon as we step foot in this store, the security stops us like we're about to get a pat down. . I'd understand if the store was crowded but I'm the only one there. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with metal detectors here. This makes me not want to come back here. I feel like I'm entering one of those night clubs I stay away from!"
"I have always shopped at Ross. This is the first time I've been there in quite a while and I was shocked at the extra security at the front door. It's sad that shoplifting has gotten so bad, that you have to wait to enter and theft prevention is following everyone around the store( I mean everyone).The shelves are only half full, but there's still good deals. I went there for shoes and of course had to buy more cause the deals are great. It was slightly crowded, but the staff were friendly and the store was clean."

"This place is unorganized, dirty and overpriced. They are trying to charge people Target prices on some items like Pots and pans. I walked down the clothing aisle and saw a pair of ripped and fraided Jeans priced at $12.99. And they were worn out, NOT meant to be made that way."
