"I was helped right away by Hailey and she was super friendly UNTIL I decided to purchase 2 items instead of the 6 she recommended for me. After I checked out, she didn’t say “thank you” or “have a good day”. She just handed me my receipt and items and walked away. I’m really not sure if I will shop at a Buckle again."

"Unfortunately this is 2 separate visits I have walked into the Tacoma Mall Buckle. I have not had any employee help me or welcome me. This visit I was wearing all Buckle clothing, and nope still no customers service. I walked and looked at every rack from the front of the store to the back... Meanwhile I passed 2 employees,Nothing. I went and stood by register before they asked if I needed a room. I had jeans, shirt and a sweatshirt... No follow up asking if I need any other sizes.. nothing. Appears this store is looking for us to just shop online. More options and the same service. Very SAD! I have shopped here for Years! And only jeans I wear.. hmm maybe they don't get commission anymore. I will save my gas and shop online. Don't waist your either Oh and let me add, I was the only customer in the store"
"Alisha had amazing customer service. I know nothing about buckle jeans but came in to the store about a specific pair I’d seen online and she was so knowledgeable about the product. I will probably buy the jeans because of all her help. She is great!"
"The most personable group of people ever! Loved their customer service! My husband went to try on shoes he saw and loved in the window. The employee greeted us right away and gave great conversation while giving husband a chance to decide what he wanted. This store gives military discount, so thank them for that!"
